Open the circle generator and plan out your rings. For a medium arena with an 35-block arena floor and 10 seating tiers, you'll need:
- Arena floor: 35 blocks (filled circle)
- Podium wall: 37 blocks (outline only)
- Tier 1: 41 blocks
- Tier 2: 45 blocks
- And so on... adding 4 blocks per tier
