Step-by-Step Building Guide

1

Generate Your Circle Patterns

Open the circle generator and create concentric patterns:

  • Fighting pit: 25 blocks (filled)
  • Inner wall: 27 blocks (outline)
  • Row 1 seating: 33 blocks
  • Row 2 seating: 39 blocks
  • Outer wall: 45 blocks
2

Dig the Fighting Pit

Excavate your central fighting area 3-4 blocks deep:

  • Flat floor for fair combat
  • Sand or soul sand floor for aesthetic
  • Reinforce walls with smooth stone or deepslate
  • Mark entrance gate positions (usually 2-4)
3

Build Tiered Seating

Create spectator stands using your concentric circle patterns:

  • Each row 1 block higher than the previous
  • Use stairs facing inward for seats
  • Leave walkways every 8-10 blocks for access
  • Add fence railings for safety

⚔️ Pro Tip: Sight Lines

Test your seating by standing in each row and looking at the pit center. Every seat should have an unobstructed view of the entire fighting area.

4

Add Arena Features

Make your arena exciting with gameplay elements:

  • Gate entrances: Iron doors with pressure plates
  • Trap doors: Hidden pits or mob spawns
  • Power-up pedestals: Item frames with weapons
  • Announcer booth: Elevated platform with lectern
  • Lighting: Redstone lamps for dramatic effects

Arena Gameplay Ideas

Mob Waves

Use command blocks or spawners to release waves of increasingly difficult mobs. Survivors win prizes!

Team Battles

Divide the pit with a temporary barrier that drops when the match starts. Color-code team areas with wool or concrete.

King of the Hill

Place a beacon or special block in the center. Fighters must control it for a set time to win.
